M.S.O.L. for Distance Learners

Graduate Program

PBU’s M.S. in Organizational Leadership for Distance Learners is an online and on-site blended delivery of the program designed for professionals who seek a better understanding of how to collaborate with diverse groups of people, create a productive work environment, and promote positive change and long-term effectiveness.

Recognizing the void in ethical, biblical leadership in many businesses, churches, and organizations everywhere, the MSOL for Distance Learners offers training without requiring relocation. Developed with professionals in mind, the program’s cohort structure builds connections between leaders worldwide. Real-time application provides tangible benefits to your organization while you are in the program.
