Accepted Students

Congratulations!

We welcome you and know that this is an exciting time for you and your family.  You have been invited to study, grow, and learn what it means to be a biblically minded, well-educated, professionally competent man or woman of character.  We look forward to your enrollment and want to assist you in as you get ready to begin your PBU journey.

It is important to stay informed as you begin to prepare for your first days at PBU.  You will begin receiving information from us on a regular basis, so please check your mailbox and email inbox regularly.  In addition, each document you need, every important date and deadline, and anything else you should be aware of can be found within these pages.

Enrollment Checklist

Fill out your FAFSA between January 1 and February 15 for maximum consideration.  Complete your Free Application for Financial Aid (FAFSA) with PBU (school code: 003351) on your list of schools if you plan on receiving financial aid.

Submit your $250 Deposit and Intent to Enroll Form.  Your deposit must be received by PBU before you may proceed to any of the following steps.

Set up your PBU Username and Password.  Activate your Eagle Mail and create your password to access Eagle Mail and other web-based PBU applications.

Log In To Your New Online Student Accounts.  Use your new username and password to access Eagle Mail, Self-Service, and eLearning.

View and Pay Your Bill.  Self-Service will allow you to access your current account balance, financial aid awards and make your tuition payment.  Billing due dates are August 1st for students beginning in the Fall semester and January 1st for students beginning in the Spring semester.

Register for Student Orientation and Registration (SOAR).  All students accepted  to PBU by the June preceding their first semester of enrollment should plan to attend a SOAR day with their families.

Complete and submit all required forms and documents by the appropriate deadlines.  There are other documents required in addition to the two listed above, including your forms for housing and insurance.

Save the Date for Weekend of Welcome or Student Welcome and Orientation.  Mark your calendar with the orientation events you and your family should be attending.

Orientation Events

PBU Orientation Events are designed to answer the frequently asked questions of new students and their families.  Attending an orientation event will give you further understanding about campus life, academics, and University policies and procedures.

If you plan to begin PBU in the fall semester, you will attend Weekend of Welcome in August.

If you are planning to start PBU in the spring, you will attend Student Welcome and Orientation in January.

If you and your family need more information or want to get a head start at PBU, you should plan to attend one of the SOAR days offered during spring and summer months.

We look forward to getting to know you during one of our upcoming orientation events.

Required Forms and Documents

Course Registration

In future semesters, you will be able to use Self-Service to register for your classes, but the Registrar's Office takes care of registering first semester students.
