Students, faculty, staff, and parents gathered Monday, October 24 to celebrate the grand opening of the Eagle’s Nest Student Art Gallery. The idea of the gallery came from the Culture and Arts Association (CAA), a student-led group on campus. Taj Alexander, President of the CAA, greeted the crowd and explained that this would give students a space for their art work to be on display. President Williams shared his excitement and appreciation for the student gallery. Williams expressed his enjoyment in seeing the students take initiative to see art on campus.
Brianna Deane made it official by cutting the ribbon and guests mingled and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres while admiring the art on display. Students, faculty, staff, parents, and anyone visiting PBU’s campus is invited to visit the gallery and see the work of the PBU students.
