Where you fit in

Parent participation does not have to end when college starts.  The college years allow you to share in your student’s life in a special way during a special time, regardless of the quantity or frequency of your direct involvement.  There is always room in your student’s life for your guidance and support, and as you support them, we are available to support you.

Here are just a few stories of the PBU experience from a parent perspective.

“We counseled Pearle to wait on the Lord for her direction and not make any quick decisions based on what she thought she wanted. She waited a year after graduating from high school… and chose PBU. PBU has been an excellent investment in Pearle’s spiritual, social, emotional, and academic development. It has stretched her academically and in discipline. It helped her evaluate her strengths and weaknesses as she changed majors twice. We think it is just what she needed to become the person God wants her to be.”

“We have been very pleased with Sarah’s acclimation, the academic regimen, the opportunities for extra-curricular involvement, and the interaction that Sarah has had with her professors and other leaders in the school.  We are extremely thankful that the PBU teachers are encouraged to get involved in the lives of their students, even outside of the classroom, and we have witnessed this as being a tremendous blessing in our daughter’s life.”
