The Business Services Office is the accounting and business center of the University. Its primary student-related focus is the management of student accounts. Business Services bills students and receives payments for tuition, fees, room, board, and any other charges a student may incur.
In addition to receiving payments, Business Services representatives and account managers are available to answer billing questions, assist with payment plan set-up, and issue financial aid refunds when applicable. Current and registered students may also access information online via
Self-Service or the
PBU Intranet.
Important Points to Remember
- Financial aid applications must be completed and approved through the Financial Aid Office before Business Services is able to disburse the funds and credit the award recipient’s account.
- Please note that student account information is shared with students only, unless a signed FERPA waiver on file with the Registrar’s Office permits otherwise. Any family intending to take care of their student’s University bill should make sure the FERPA is signed and submitted by their student.
