Technology Services


Technology Services (TS) provides support by assisting students with computing needs. Students may contact TS professionals with questions pertaining to computer problems and issues, hardware, and software support.
Regular TS office hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM; however, TS personnel are on call 24/7.
Support is provided in the following areas:
  • On-campus wireless connectivity
  • Issues related to University technology applications such as email, Self-Service, Intranet, Internet, and the Masland Library
  • Diagnostics and recommendations for problematic student-owned computers
Students and staff can log on to the PBU Intranet for more helpful technology training and resources.
